Assessment Data Manager (ADM) Software

The Assessment Data Manager (ADM), a Windows software on CD-ROM, makes it easy to manage the assessment information you obtain from ASEBA forms. You can quickly enter and score forms, create profiles and cross-informant comparisons, and save data. Customize your system with your choice of the following Entry/Scoring Modules:
  • ADM for Ages 1.5-5
  • ADM for Ages 6-18
  • ADM for TOF Ages 2-18 (new)
  • ADM for Ages 18-59
  • ADM for Ages 60-90+ (new)
  • ADM for SCICA
  • ADM for All Modules

If you are a high volume user, you can also choose Extended Function Modules for scanning machine-readable forms or for direct client entry of data (no need for paper forms). Add modules as your assessment needs grow. You can choose the software modules that best fit your needs and add other Entry/Scoring and Extended Function modules at any time.

Using ADM, you can print easy-to-read profiles that display scale scores in relation to relevant norms. ADM can output profiles and narrative reports to screen, printer, and PDF files. Scores for each item are displayed below the profile, enabling you to quickly see both the profile pattern and the specific item scores. Profiles include competence or adaptive functioning scales scores; syndrome scale scores; DSM-oriented scales; Internalizing, Externalizing, Total Problems, and Other Problems.

NOTE: The ADM is backwards compatible and will therefore score the older legacy forms (CBCL/2-3, C-TRF, CBCL/4-18, YSR/11-18, TRF/6-18, YABCL/18-30, and YASR/18-30).

Other ADM features include:

  • Improved, easy to read profiles are output to screen or printer
  • Narrative reports of results and critical items, which can be imported into any document
  • Data can be exported for statistical analyses and other purposes
  • new ADM Power Tools makes backup and file transfer quick and easy
  • Unlimited uses on one computer, with no extra fees per use
  • Multi-user network licences are available (call Nelson)

ADM 6.5 WITH POWER TOOLS

ADM 6.5 features the same enhanced functioning (Power Tools, etc.) for all modules as version 5.0 offered but now includes the capability of working with the new Older Adult Forms.

Power Tools provides a set of easy to use utilities in an integrated interface and replaces and extends the ADM Data Transfer and Export to File Formats functions. For all modules, Power Tools provide:

  • Enhanced Data Set Selection and Reporting
    • Select data based on all available criteria
    • Select multiple ranges and distinct values of data for each criterion, even missing values
    • Comprehensive and easy-to-read reports of descriptive crieteria and results
  • Flexible Catalogue Management
    • Remove groups of individuals or forms from ADM based on precise criteria
  • List Code Management
    • Re-assign list codes within a defined data set
  • Simplified Database Maintenance
    • Available to all users, not just supervisors
    • One-step removal of selected forms and individuals

CROSS-INFORMANT FEATURES

ADM provides cross-informant comparisons of up to 8 forms to help you integrate your data for evaluations, interventions, and measurement of outcomes. ADM displays side-by-side item scores from each completed form; correlations between informants; and bar graphs of scale scores from each informant. Forms can be from different informants or from the same informant on different occasions. Cross-informant agreement is quantified via correlations between different informants.

  • The Ages 1.5-5 module compares any combination of eight CBCL/1.5-5 and C-TRF forms scored for the same child.

  • The Ages 6-18 module compares any combination of eight CBCL/6-18, TRF, and YSR forms scored for the same child. It also computes correlations between the profile scored from each form and profile types obtained from cluster analyses.

  • The Ages 18-59 module compares any combination of eight ASR and ABCL forms scored for the same adult.
